Our exclusive images of the contemporary installation “Astre” at the Saint-Eustache Church
On the occasion of the end-of-year celebrations, the emblematic Saint-Eustache Church is hosting a luminous work accessible free of charge, to be discovered until January 30, 2024: “Astre”. Created by Clara Daguin, fashion designer and winner of the last Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris, this creation will illuminate the space with traditional icons brought up to date!
Both monumental and scintillating, this work will allow you to discover or rediscover this legendary church in the Les Halles district, dressed in a new light! But beyond its aesthetic characteristics, what makes this creation specific is also its meaning... The latter indeed illustrates a contemporary vision of Christmas and the nativity.
But above all, it perfectly embodies the unique work of the young designer: a subtly orchestrated mix between fabric and modern technology thanks to the use of interactive lights. Here, the pieces come to life and vibrate in this place steeped in history, to make tourists and Parisians dream during a visit...
A wonderful moment of escape to experience in the heart of the capital, which will amaze you!
