Engine... action! James Cameron, the king of the global box office to whom we owe three of the biggest cinematic successes of all time, finally has the right to his own blockbuster. And who other than the American director to put his own life into images? Through the selection of 300 exceptional pieces from the filmmaker's private collection, the exhibition takes us into sixty years of big-budget creations, from the first Terminator with the implacable Arnold Schwarzenegger to the terrifying return of Aliens with the intrepid Sigourney Weaver through the planetary phenomena of Avatar and Titanic.
Here, the cult films follow one another without interruption illustrating the XXL career of a film ace who gave science fiction cinema its letters of nobility with great reinforcement of technological innovations and revolutionary special effects . Between the preparatory sketches, the costumes and accessories, the photographs and 3D devices, the exhibition literally takes us behind the scenes of certain masterpieces of the 7th art and signs this biopic before the 'hour haunted by extraterrestrial creatures, protective deities and imaginary worlds...
