From 5:30 p.m., a breathtaking circus performance (as part of the Fratellini Circus Tour) is offered to us, transforming the square in front of the basilica into a living scene where bodies mingle with the thousand-year-old architecture in an unprecedented harmony. Imagine a human mosaic, crossed by circus bodies which seem to emerge from the secret corners of the basilica. Under the direction of Valérie Fratellini, Lucie Otter and Daniel Kvasnovsky, two young prodigies from the National School of Circus Arts of the Fratellini Academy, will transcend the space of their aerial acrobatics and their inverted balances. The basilica square is transformed here into a magical theater, where perspectives intersect and movements defy gravity. The work of Valérie Fratellini will reveal a new facet of the basilica, highlighting its lines and curves from a new angle. This unique setting entitled “Passages” offers us an extraordinary experience, where the art of the circus blends harmoniously with the history and grandeur of this historic place.

Following this captivating show, from 6 p.m., change of atmosphere to give way to an ultra-festive electro and hip-hop atmosphere. Immerse yourself in the electrifying world of “Signatures”, a choreographic creation by the Compagnie MazelFreten.
Laura Defretin,
alias Nala, and Brandon Masele, nicknamed Miel, two major figures in hip-hop and electro dance{34 }, will guide ten young talents in a captivating exploration of artistic identity through dance. On the square in front of the basilica, let yourself be carried away by this vibrant choreography, exalting the bodies with rare intensity. This spectacular circus creation celebrates the diversity and uniqueness of each artist, while offering an incomparable visual and sound experience, punctuated by electro music and the hypnotic movements of the dancers.
