Avec environ 3000 clichés à son actif, l’artiste d’origine viennoise Raoul Hausmann fut un photographe majeur du XXème siècle. Ce dernier se refusait pourtant à toute catégorisation hâtive. Son parcours artistique iconoclaste, empreint d’influences européennes multiples (il vit successivement à Vienne, Berlin, Ibiza et Limoges), entremêle peinture, œuvres sonores, vidéo, photographie, photomontages et dessins. Vous découvrirez des archives personnelles ainsi que plus de 700 œuvres de l’artiste : cette collection dédiée à Raoul Hausmann est tout simplement la plus importante en France. Qu’attendez-vous pour découvrir ce « non-photographe » de génie ?
