You sleep ? The introspective exhibition at the Drawing House

You sleep ? The question is not addressed here to the miller of the famous song, but to 14 students welcomed by the Drawing House for a real baptism of fire. These apprentice artists had to compose this exhibition from A to Z. A challenge met hands down! The works, sometimes figurative, sometimes abstract, brilliantly represent the theme of sleep which, far from being a simple wake-up call, becomes a real face-to-face with one's conscience. A conscience that is sometimes playful and colorful, sometimes tormented and in black and white, but always animated by a strong identity which, through art, expresses its passion for life...

Vous êtes observés. Pas par une caméra de surveillance. Par une œuvre qui vous répond. Ici, le trouble règne en maître. Certaines œuvres donnent la parole à des intelligences artificielles qui s’adressent à nous avec une étrange familiarité. D’autres transforment des images intimes en données exploitables, des récits personnels en protocoles. Le malaise ne vient pas d’un discours, mais d’une reconnaissance immédiate : ces situations, on les connaît.
