Attention photography enthusiasts, amateurs and professionals! From Thursday October 5 to Sunday October 8, 2023, come to the Grande Halle de La Villette in the 19^ᵉ arrondissement for the long-awaited 2023 edition of the Salon de la Photo. After the success of last year's edition which had a total of 30,000 visitors, this year, the show intends to continue on this path and offer its public a memorable event! Be ready is the unmissable event not to be missed this October!

For this 2023 edition, the Salon de la Photo is thinking big... On the program, Masterclasses led by renowned photographers, indoor and outdoor workshops in the La Villette park but also prestigious guests like the photographer Jean-Christophe Béchet, who will present his work for the occasion through the exhibition “Paysages Habités” within the Grande Exposition, a place specially dedicated to highlighting the work of one or more several artists to the general public. With a total of no less than 100 images, this unique exhibition retraces the journey and stages of the photographer's life.

Both poetic and contemplative, Jean-Christophe Béchet's photographs transcribe various moments of life captured not only in France but also around the world. And exclusively, you will also be able to discover the work of two of his photographer friends, Philippe Blayo and Gilles Roudière, passionate about contemporary street photography, who have explored the same territory as him, starting with the United States. You will therefore have the chance to admire three parallel visions of French “street photography” which combines both poetic spirit and documentary dimension.
