Celine Dion's former Parisian residence put up for sale for several million euros!

Exclusive news that may make your head spin: Céline Dion's private mansion, located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, has just been put up for sale at the price of... 14.9 million d 'euros!

Located in the heart of Villa Montmorency, this private mansion with an area of 632 m² belonged to Céline Dion and her husband René Angélil. They purchased it in 2008 but ultimately never really lived there, due to their busy schedules and the world tours of the famous Quebec singer.

With its 15 rooms, 5 floors and 5 splendid suites including rooftop with view of the Eiffel Tower, swimming pool, spa, gym, home cinema, garage and 6m library, all in an art deco style, this luxurious hotel will make happiness of the future buyer for sure! The latter was initially put up for sale in 2016, following the death of René, for an amount of around 9 million euros. A capital gain of almost 6 million euros all the same, just that!

And our dear Céline is not her first experience in real estate... We could even say that she has a real empire in the field! Between 2016 and 2022, the singer decides to part with 4 of her real estate properties, starting with her Canadian castle put on sale for 7.8 million euros, followed by the Jupiter Island mansion, put on sale for 62.5 millions of dollars. These two properties have not yet found buyers but fortunately for her, business is starting to work since in summer 2022, Céline Dion manages to receive 38.5 million dollars thanks to the sale of her house in Los Angeles. And to top it all off, last sale and not least… His Las Vegas villa, bought for 9 million and resold for a small total of 30 million dollars. A side career in real estate to pursue perhaps?
