A unique collaboration between pastry chef Cédric Grolet and artist Daniel Arsham!

The culinary art term has never lived up to its name so well! Unpublished and surprising news in the culinary world: the famous pastry chef Cédric Grolet and the artist Daniel Arsham are joining forces to offer the public a creation that is unexpected to say the least, a lemon and tagada strawberry cake!

This is not the chef's first collaboration, since he had already collaborated with the famous Nespresso brand for an exclusive coffee-flavored pastry in the shape of a coffee bean! And even more surprising, he even made a unique collaboration with Zara Home to concoct a range of 12 kitchen utensils with a refined design.

In any case, regarding this new original creation, one thing is certain: combining the acidity of this delicious citrus fruit with this emblematic candy from our childhood, it is likely to delight your taste buds!

Come to one of the two Cédric Grolet boutiques, at Opéra or at the Hôtel Le Meurice, until Sunday November 19, 2023, for the chance to taste this unique creation!

And discover the recipe exclusively on Cédric Grolet’s instagram
