L’envol, the new restaurant at the Philharmonie de Paris

Want to enjoy a tasty dinner in the heart of the prestigious Philharmonie de Paris? Today, Michelin-starred Chef Thibault Spiwack, former candidate for season 13 of the famous show Top Chef, is opening a brand new restaurant with a poetic name: l’Envol. Located on the sixth floor of the Philharmonie, the latter will be mainly focused on healthy, innovative and sustainable gastronomy, focusing on the quality of the products, the promotion of seasonal products, small local producers and plants. , but also on the innovation of flavors.

Thus, you will be able to find a menu divided between plates to share, traditional dishes and more luxurious offerings. For example, you will find button mushrooms and Belga lentils from Ile-de-France, or even trout from the La Villette fish farm! All offered in exceptional menus of 33 and 45 euros.

A place for exchanges and gastronomy, l'Envol overlooks the rooftops of Paris and offers us a panoramic view, giving us the opportunity to gain height for a dinner. Come and enjoy a unique culinary experience! You will not come away disappointed!

And the least we can say is that the chef is not at his first restaurant since he is also the owner of Anona, which opened its doors in 2019 but also of Starving Club, a street food open 7 days a week. But that's not all, since a few months later, the talented Chef also signed the ephemeral menu of Fabula at Musée Carnavalet and imagined the recipes for the Spirit of Gigi, highlighted in the third season of the successful series Emily in Paris.
