The Arab World Institute is hosting the 5th edition of its stand-up festival!

It’s THE unmissable event for the stand-up scene in Paris! From January 31 to February 4, 2024, the Arab World Institute welcomes you for five days that promise to be memorable, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the IMA Comedy Club, created in 2020.

Marina Cars, Blandine Lehout, Tony Saint-Laurent, Pierre Thevenoux, Lou Trotignon, or even Mahaut Drama... On the program, find nearly twenty popular comedians from the French and Arabic-speaking scenes, whom you surely know since they are broadcast on the web, on television, in large rooms or even open stages.

The opening evening will notably bring together the best of the stand-up scene, followed by a queer evening "Habibi", but also shows in Tunisian and Moroccan by Lotfi Abdelli and Jalil Tijani, before closing with the comedian Algerian Count of Bouderbala.

To blow out its fifth candle, as for its previous editions, the IMA will call on a promising programming team, made up of Ouarda Benlaala (Cinétalents), Tarik Seddak (former artistic director of Studio Bagel, the Jamel Comedy Club but also Golden mustache). And the least we can say is that they intend to give you an unrivaled moment of laughter and sharing...

Shows, meetings, round tables... Come and experience an exceptional moment of exchanges, sharing and mixed humor, within this festival promoting the discovery and support of new talents.
