News that may well please the most gourmand among you! After the famous Meurice opened in 2018 and the Opera inaugurated the following year, Cédric Grolet, the star pastry chef with some 9 million subscribers on Instagram, is opening a third address in the 2th arrondissement of the capital: Le Cédric Grolet Café.

Located at 6 rue Danielle Casanova, a stone's throw from Avenue de l'Opéra, this new coffee shop will open its doors on February 7! This place without seats will only be intended for takeaway sales and will offer hot and cold drinks, from the classic Flat White to the surprising Milk Punch. Come and enjoy your best 100% Arabica blend espresso, composed of 40% Ethiopian and 60% Brazilian origin, served for 5 euros.

But beyond the cafes, the place is above all dedicated to two new hybrid creations, offered in five variations per season: cookie-pizzas (at 5 euros per slice or 35 euros in a cardboard box for 8 people) and croissant-doughnuts filled with cream (at 5 euros).

See you next Wednesday for the opening of this new trendy place, which will be open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. On the program, expect a unique sensory experience that is constantly evolving thanks to the unique creations of this renowned chef, adapted throughout the seasons. More than just a tasting place, this brand new address promises you a journey between innovation, quality and creativity.
