Unusual: a street-art exhibition... in an ice rink!
The Paintinoire
From March 30 to May 18, 2024
The term Peintinoire means something to you? And yes, if you didn’t know, the Peintinoire is the unusual marriage between an ice rink and a museum! The Art Osons association has transformed an old ice rink in Val-d’Oise to turn it into an urban art sanctuary. Street artists had the joy of covering the walls with colors, shapes and stencils. A temporary place that has many surprises in store for you. A dinosaur in the middle of a hockey match? Stands with a false air of Mondrian? A multi-colored panther that tears through walls? Or a statue made of painted ice skates? Everything is possible ! Wander through this XXL hangar, to the smallest nooks and crannies, to discover new zesty frescoes. Need explanations? Members of Art Osons will be there to answer all your questions. For those who like sliding, you can practice rollerblading in the middle of the track, while admiring the technique and style of passionate urban artists. On site, you can also relax at the refreshment bar or in the shop area. No more excuses not to take a look, entry is free and completely free!
