Exhibition-workshop Hold your head: Marion Fayolle reveals herself at the Center Pompidou

It’s not every day that an artist invites us into her head. The author and designer Marion Fayolle nevertheless offers us this funny discovery, that of penetrating inside your skull. Articulated around large “bird-book” mobiles and improbable landscape ponchos to wear, this curious exhibition also takes the form of three disconcerting immersive installations, “head tents” each containing a very specific universe. distinct. The first pushes us to perfect our shadow puppets in a reassuring semi-darkness; the second encourages tranquility, inviting us to lie down on the floor on a cloud of soft cushions, lulled by a ballet of drawings and animated images. Finally, comes the time for contemplation with the third cave. Wrapped in strange duvets, eyes riveted on the mirror stars, we give free rein to our imagination to probe our own mind.
