Advice to bon vivants and those with a sweet tooth. We declare cheese season open! A few weeks before the highly anticipated opening of the Cheese Museum, the Centquatre-Paris offers us a deliciously festive experience around our very dear cheese, AOP please!

Spring in Paris promises to be not only bright but also incredibly delicious with the long-awaited return of the AOP Festival at CENTQUATRE-PARIS! From April 26 to 28, prepare for an immersive culinary experience celebrating the delights of cheeses, butters and creams under Protected Designation of Origin.

Entry is FREE, so come along for an extraordinary culinary experience!

A celebration of dairy Superheroes

Imagine yourself strolling through a farmers' market, each stall overflowing with the taste treasures of the 51 French dairy AOPs. Cheeses with exquisite flavors, creamy butters, creamy creams... You are invited to a high-quality tasting, where each bite is a sensory walk through the regions of France.

Practical workshops and unforgettable meetings

Beyond the delicacies to taste, the festival offers an interactive immersion. Meet the producers directly, discover their manufacturing secrets passed down from generation to generation. Practical workshops also await you to create the perfect cheese platter or find the most sublime food and drink pairings.

Stunning culinary shows

Prepare to be dazzled by culinary shows hosted by big names in French gastronomy. Innovative recipes, presented by renowned chefs such as Nina Métayer, Jean Covillault, Mohamed Cheikh, and Julien Serri, will reveal all the richness of French AOP products.

Live music, DJ sets and festive atmosphere

To complete this sensory experience, let yourself be carried away by live concerts and DJ sets, creating a joyful and friendly atmosphere that accompanies every moment of this unforgettable festival.

Saturday April 27:

  • From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.: the farmers' market is open all day.
  • Culinary shows by Jean Covillault at 1:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m., and by Mohamed Cheikh at 7:45 p.m.
  • Live music with the Whywhywhy Band at 6:15 p.m.

Sunday April 28:

  • From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.: last day of the festival with the farmers' market open.
  • Culinary shows by Julien Serri at 12:30 p.m. and by Merouan Bounekraf at 3 p.m.
  • Swing initiation and demonstration at 2:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. Friday April 26:
  • 7:30 p.m.: Culinary show by Nina Metayer, elected World Pastry Chef 2023
