This Saturday, May 4, 2024, it is an invitation to explore the hidden treasures of the Bourse de Commerce from a different angle, where the subdued light reveals new nuances to the works on display. From 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., the institution opens its doors to us free of charge, transforming this monthly meeting into a captivating nocturnal escapade. At the heart of this historic monument, rediscover the flagship exhibition of the moment, "The world as it goes", in an atmosphere imbued with mystery, where the paradoxes of our time take on a new dimension in the light of spotlights, inviting reflection and contemplation.

As the sun slowly sets over the streets of Paris, we enter the Bourse de Commerce, attracted by the promise of a unique artistic experience at dusk. day. The golden light filtering through the large windows creates a magical atmosphere, bathing the works in a mysterious and captivating glow. Our eyes are immediately captivated by the pink Balloon Dog by Jeff Koons, whose shiny surface reflects the last rays of the sun, creating dazzling reflections that dance on the walls. This iconic sculpture seems to come to life in the dim light, its playful appearance contrasting with the darker mood of the room. As we move through the galleries, we are struck by the unique atmosphere that reigns in the exhibition. Wandering wheelchairs, occupied by ghostly figures, wander silently through the rooms, creating a sensation that is both disturbing and fascinating. In this dreamlike universe where time seems suspended, we are transported on an introspective journey, confronted with the contradictions and paradoxes of our contemporary world. Through provocative works and evocative installations, the exhibition "The World as It Goes" invites us to question our own perceptions and explore the complexities of the human condition.

At the end of our visit, and as the night envelopes the city in its dark mantle, we feel imbued with the images and emotions of this exhibition which continue to haunt our thoughts long after our departure.
