Premiers contacts entre la France et le Japon au XIXe siècle

La Maison de la culture du Japon de Paris fête ses 20 ans ! Elle saisit cette occasion pour rappeler l’importance des liens franco-japonais en présentant une nouvelle exposition intitulée « A l’aube du Japonisme ». Elle réunit des pièces inédites en France magnifiant la culture nippone et montrant sa connaissance du monde occidental, intégré à ses œuvres. Kimonos chatoyants, estampes, livres illustrés par Hokusai, mais aussi maquettes architecturales de maisons traditionnelles, photographies et peintures sont au rendez-vous.

To celebrate his 20th birthday, The Maison de la culture du Japon remind us the importance of Franco-Japanese ties by presenting a new exhibition entitled "A l’aube du Japonisme".
