Insolite - Du fromage retrouvé dans une tombe égyptienne ?

Ça devait sentir très très fort dans cette tombe qui faisait partie d’une vaste nécropole de la région de Saqqarah, en Égypte. En effet, des archéologues italiens y ont retrouvé une jarre qui contenait une sorte de fromage au lait de chèvre et de brebis. Eh oui, cette substance laiteuse n’est autre qu’un fromage vieux de 3200 ans ! En revanche, il ne faut pas y goûter comme précise les scientifiques italiens. Le fromage contient une bactérie qui a muté et qui serait mortelle pour l’homme, elle provoquerait la fièvre méditerranéenne… Tant pis, de toute façon, nous sommes bien lotis en France avec nos Comté, Munster, Barousse ou encore Chaussée aux Moines.
