Our images of the XXL 2D installation in the heart of Le Bon Marché!

Attention all book lovers... As part of the Mise En Page exhibition, designed by Sarah Andelain, the Bon Marché is being transformed...

And one thing is certain, the famous founder of the publishing house “Just an Idea Books” and artistic director of colette, did not do things by halves… For the occasion, she transformed the entire store, by joining forces with the artist Jean Jullien, with whom she had already collaborated for the Colette concept store.

After exhibiting in Tokyo, Brussels, Seoul, or even in France in Nantes, it is this time in Paris that the latter decided to install his “Paper People”, two-dimensional blue characters, typical of artist.

Here, Jean Jullien comes to take possession of the 2th floor of Le Bon Marché, in the space devoted to the café-grocery store developed with Phamily First, but also to his NouNou brand. A great opportunity to discover the illustrator's new collaborations with the stationery brands Caran d'Ache and Rhodia.

But that's not all... An XXL blue character is also present (and more than visible) at the entrance to Bon Marché. This big blue gentleman sits on a pile of books, also gigantic. With a book in our hands, the latter invites us to immerse ourselves in the world of publishing, from the first steps within the famous Parisian store.

Designed for all book lovers of all kinds, the exhibition presents bookstores, publishing houses but also works of art linked to literature. This is visible until April 21, 2024.
