Enough to admire magnificent pieces while delving into the most famous cloak and dagger story. Fully satisfied? Run to defend your queen!µ
Did you know?
To write the epic of the three musketeers, Alexandre Dumas was inspired by the “affair of the ferrets” of 1625, a historical anecdote worthy of a TV series. Cardinal Richelieu wanted to discredit Queen Anne of Austria by accusing her of having given jewelry to an English gentleman, supposed to be her lover... Does that remind you of anything?
