C'est une mode ces dernières années. La nourriture est sujette à la réalisations d’œuvres les plus improbables les unes que les autres. Dr Dancake est un artiste qui a eu assez d'imagination pour oser faire de l'art avec des pancakes. Et c'est une technique à maîtriser dont les différentes étapes demandent de la précision. Après avoir appliqué ses différents colorants et sauces sucrées, l'artiste dispose sa pâte et attend qu'elle cuise...puis il la retourne, et paf votre crêpe revêt l'apparence d'une licorne, d'une princesse ou de l'oeil de Sauron !
