Our images of Luminiscence: the experience illuminates Paris at the Saint-Eustache Church

I want my place!

What if you allowed yourself to live a waking dream on the arm of your other half? The Saint-Eustache Church promises you the most beautiful enchantment with this spectacular experience called Luminiscence. As soon as night falls, this jewel of Parisian architecture – a clever mix of flamboyant Gothic and Renaissance style – is adorned with a thousand lights during a breathtaking magical show that will certainly leave you with stars in your eyes.

For a little over thirty minutes, the little sister of Notre-Dame, whose nave rises to thirty-three meters high, wakes up from a long sleep. Here, the columns sparkle like diamonds and the stained glass windows multiply endlessly in a range of sparkling colors. The shadows dance on the walls, the lights match the architecture while the music masterfully envelops us.

This dreamlike parenthesis reaches its climax during special evenings during which an orchestra brings us back to life the glory of this monument which hosted – let us remember – the wedding of the composer Lully. The perfect place to get down on one knee and propose?
