The Ancient Theater of Orange, a world heritage site, is illuminated with a new dimension thanks to a bold collaboration with Focal, a specialist in sound innovation. This encounter gives birth to L’Odyssée Sonore, an immersive experience where modernity and heritage combine to offer a breathtaking spectacle.

The Sound Odyssey stands out as a revolutionary spectacle tour. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in a world where high-fidelity sound and video projections generated by artificial intelligence blend harmoniously. Using Focal's Bathys headphones, known for their exceptional acoustic quality and active noise reduction, each spectator is enveloped in a perfect sound bubble, discovering settings and mythological characters projected on the thousand-year-old walls of the theater.

This journey offers an unprecedented multisensory exploration. The monumental projections on the Ancient Theater reveal fantastic landscapes, populated by gods and goddesses, while three-dimensional spatial sound guides visitors through this mythological odyssey. The 5,000 m² of video projections and the 45 minutes of experience guarantee total immersion in a contemporary work of art, accessible to everyone, young and old.

The Sound Odyssey not only fascinates with its technological innovations; it also revisits the very essence of ancient theater, a place of sharing and cultural discovery. Every moment spent in this historic setting is a celebration of art and technology, merging past and present in an unforgettable visual and aural symphony.

90 magical evenings where the Ancient Theater of Orange reveals its secrets in a new light. This first videomapping entirely generated by artificial intelligence offers a poetic rereading of mythology, transforming each visit into a unique sensory adventure. Explore the wonders of antiquity like never before and be transported to a world where the past meets innovation.
