La dernier Salon du Chocolat a vu s'ériger en son sein un renard géométrique gigantesque de 4,5 m de haut. Fruit de la collaboration entre le pâtissier-chocolatier Yann Couvreur et l'artiste le plus vendu en France Richard Orlinski, connu pour ses sculptures d'animaux géants la bête a trôné fièrement pendant toute la durée du salon. Leurs deux passions ont donné naissance à cette immense sculpture gourmande, au doux parfum cacaoté. Quand l'art contemporain rencontre le chocolat haut de gamme, ça donne ça !
