C'est la succes story du chocolat. Originaire de Sceaux une petite ville des Haut-de-Seine (92), Patrick Roger est devenu la star du chocolat en France et au delà, et a depuis ouvert plusieurs boutiques à Paris et ailleurs. Il est connu pour ses créations gustativement étonnantes mais aussi et surtout pour ses sculptures de chocolat réalistes et superbes. Il crée maintenant des œuvres sans aucun chocolat, juste pour le plaisir de créer qu'il s'est découvert...
