Il ne s'agit pas du plus grand joueur de foot de l'équipe de France mais bien d'un tout nouveau restaurant situé dans la ville de Santander dans le Cantabria au nord de l'Espagne. Sa décoration et sa carte, en plus d'être inspirés de son environnement marin, retranscrit sur les murs et dans l'assiette l'ambiance unique du film "La vie aquatique" de Wes Anderson (2004), rien qu'ça ! (Steve) Zissou n'est autre que le nom de l’océanographe interprété dans le film par Bill Murray. Plats fusion food et décors plagesques au rendez-vous !
